My Opinion on Good Practice of Teaching Learning Mathematic

According to me, learning of mathematics that includes some good things. First, we as teachers should be able to teach mathematics lessons with a maximum so that students can more easily understand what we teach. Second, we must create the atmosphere of creative and fun so that students do not feel bored and more interested in lessons with us. Some of the ways that we can use to create a fun atmosphere of learning, among which is the game with a fun, game is game of course is related to mathematics or share with the class into several groups so that students do not feel bored. Third, we need more creative ways to create a fun memorized formula so that students more easily understand the mathematical formulas and memorized. For instance we create a summary formula. Learning mathematics should also be a good progress in two directions, not only the method of one-way lecture. So directed students to become more active in the lesson. How that can be used to create the atmosphere that is like that with the frequently asked questions, or give the task to students to explain the material in front of a class or called with the usual presentation. Learning must also be good tools can take the math correctly and in accordance with the material being taught. From the above explanation can be that learning mathematics is good according to me is learning that the maximum that can make students understand but also do not cause boredom or saturated. With this learning process so that the students will be expected to more easily absorb the lessons are taught and the students will love the lessons in mathematics. Moreover, students are expected to want to put mathematics as subjects fascinate.

The Nature of Mathematic

Most of people is miss understanding about specially of mathematic education. And we know that this education can be inform : training, seminar, workshop, formal and informal education. Student must had motivation to exercise. So we know that student is a social human life and unique.

Study English language must had a conteks. Sometimes, we think that mathematic is difficult lesson because mathematic is teacher method.

On the senior high school, mathematic is deduction science. So, the nature of mathematic is knowledge which study about design or connection. Usually mathematic is mean as science is used to problem solving. Also, mathematic is student’s examination activity and communication tool.

Problem solving is how to solve a problems with any step. Many step to solve problem is :

1. Know the problem

2. Make a mathematic models

3. Make a solution

Now we know that :

a. Mathematic is a mean of sours

b. Mathematic is a mean of problem solving

c. Mathematic is a mean of examination

d. Mathematic is a mean of communication tool

All of mathematic can be communicated because mathematic is communication tool.

Now, I want give one example about nature of mathematic. The example is, we as teacher must gave opportunity to the student to gave their opinion

The important manners of writing paper is not make paragraph from every task or don’t to make “plagiat”. And we must know that writing of scientific paper base on instruction.

Now what is contents or sketch of scientific paper? It is :

Title

Title is name of scientific paper and can to indicate what problem we want to examination

Identity of writer

In this part we must write our identity like name, time and place when we writing this paper

Abstract consist of many paragraph, that is :

Paragraph 1 is meaning

Paragraph 3 is result

Introduction is describe all about this paper. It is can write about a purpose

Description

The contents is not same with title and form of reading

Discussion

It is explain with our opinion from the other people opinion. Our opinion can same with other opinion and can not same with the other opinion

Conclusion / recommendation

It is result of description and discussion, also can be next action

It is consist of many resources is used on writing of scientific paper, like book, internet, science book, etc

Not all people can to explain what is the meaning of mathematic. Usually we just can to used it in our life, but we can not to explain. Sometimes, we think that mathematic is interesting lesson. But any people think mathematic is very difficult to understood. True, what is the meaning of mathematic? Some scientist had to find what is the meaning of mathematic. For the greater part of them is opinion that mathematic is one of science in the world. We must study it to our life. And some opinion of the scientist among other things is :

He told that mathematic is not nature science but it is science about speak. The meaning is that mathematic can teach to our self to can speak about our real life

He told that mathematic is geometry but it is not a number and the character is abstract. So we just can understand with mathematic if we want to do more exercise

In accordance with he, mathematic is coheren science. The number can to order world. All people can called his proof with “Phytagoras Proof”. With his proof we can to do calculation about triangle

My Introduction to Mr. Marsigit

His name is Mr. Marsigit. English teacher in PGRI University of Yogyakarta (UPY) who had a good ability in his job. He is belong to one of good teacher in UPY. He live in Kaliurang street on km 11, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Now he also a senior lecture in Yogyakarta and had many blog. So we can know about his. He finish his study on 2007 and had title doctor.

On the second lesson, he storied why he can’t come on the last week. He told, he can’t come because his neighbour is die, and he must visited his neighbour. As for he, we can’t indifferent our neighbour, besides if them had a sadness. We also must help them, whenever they need. He also told about his experience to the student. He also gave us motivation and any success key’s. Mr. Marsigit teach to us how to talk with parent. We must talk with dainty and don’t make he displeased. He also try to learn us more profound again and asked where us come from one by one. While sit to twist, us hear a great motivation from he. As for he, a student who come late is a bad people because not appreciated space and time, also people who not appreciated he. A people must have intelligence, activity, a good personality, responsibility, and can to set our self, if they would to be success like his. As for Mr. Marsigit, not all English teacher can commanded mathematic, and not all Mathematic teacher can commanded English too. On this time, he told just can help the student to study about 15%, and the rest is come from our self. Except become teacher in UPY, he also teach in UNY and UGM. And he had writing book for junior high school and had many blog to inform to the student.

English language usually used in conversation or communication. When teach Mr. Marsigit always gave opportunity to student to get freedom opinion. Usually, English Language can used in International Relationship.

Often, he told about his vacation to Europe, Japan, Australia, and Thailand. His experience to around the world can gave some motivation to us. He also ever to join in the international conference. May be, he is one of a great English Teacher in Indonesia. In the last lesson, he told about his experience lead a student from United States of America. Conclussion, I thing he also one of my favourite teacher. Mr.Marsigit is a teacher who bring my inspiration about how to teach.

On the third lesson, Mr. Marsigit gave a pretest to know our skill to understanding about English of Mathematic. He gave us 50 question. In this pretest we must translate some word in connection with mathematic. Example : constructing, angle, curve and so on. I get twenty point in this test. I feel sad because I’m not yet understand about English of Mathematic and I will study more hard again in order to know more again. He also told to the student if us should have to good will, our can get whatever we want to get next. The attitude and behavior also can to influence our success. So we must to know and search sains with read book. We also must to always exercise and should have to skill, how to read, how to speak and how to hear. Mr. Marsigit told, if our nothing our is not in here then our can’t get a important lesson. There are some characteristic a people who regards to success :

1. If they to do brave, so they must brave to responsibilities

2. They have a good adapt with social life

3. can to mobilize all might to get their purpose.
